The journey

Every VibeSell workspace moves through the same six steps — the ones the VibeSell app shows in its progress rail. The MCP follows them too: an assistant reads the current step with get_workspace_context, and a tool that belongs to a later step is refused until the workspace gets there, with the name of the step it opens at.

  1. Step 1Your offer

Say what you sell. The assistant reads your site with its own tools and saves the offer.

    DISCOVERY

  2. Step 2Your target

Describe who you sell to, count the leads, look at real people, then confirm in your words.

    STRATEGY

  3. Step 3Your plan

Size the campaign, confirm the sending capacity, and pay for the plan that carries it on Stripe.

    PLAN_SELECTIONSUBSCRIPTION

  4. Step 4Setup

Pick where emails come from, keep the domains, approve the order and the lead import.

    INFRASTRUCTURE

  5. Step 5Getting ready

The mailboxes warm up while you write the three emails of the sequence together.

    WARMUP

  6. Step 6Sending

Prepare the campaign, check its launch figures, approve the launch and read the replies.

    CAMPAIGNSOPERATING

The server tracks a finer phase for each workspace. get_workspace_context returns it, with the label the app shows:

Phase Label Step
DISCOVERY Getting to know the offer 1 · Your offer
STRATEGY Defining the target 2 · Your target
PLAN_SELECTION Target confirmed, choosing a plan 3 · Your plan
SUBSCRIPTION Plan being activated 3 · Your plan
INFRASTRUCTURE Setting up the sending infrastructure 4 · Setup
WARMUP Warming up the mailboxes 5 · Getting ready
CAMPAIGNS Preparing campaigns 6 · Sending
OPERATING Campaigns running 6 · Sending

Phases only move on real events, never on an assistant’s say-so:

  1. Confirming the target (confirm_target, with your words, after you saw its leads) moves the workspace to PLAN_SELECTION.
  2. Paying for a plan on Stripe activates the subscription, which moves it through SUBSCRIPTION to INFRASTRUCTURE. No tool can do this; only the payment can.
  3. The mailboxes being delivered and warming, then the campaign being prepared and launched, carry it to WARMUP, CAMPAIGNS and OPERATING.

Most read tools work at any step. These tools are refused until the workspace reaches the step named on their reference page:

Opens at Tools
Target confirmed, choosing a plan list_warmed_domains, choose_sending_source, propose_domains, propose_warmed_domains, check_first_email, propose_email, save_sequence, approve_sequence
Setting up the sending infrastructure stage_campaign, launch_campaign, stop_campaign, resume_campaign, upgrade_plan

Others check their own precondition when called: size_sending_capacity needs a confirmed target, order_sending_setup and import_leads need an active plan, launch_campaign needs a staged campaign whose mailboxes are warm. A refusal always says why, and that nothing was changed.

  1. “Here’s our website — we sell an AI receptionist to dental clinics.” → the assistant reads the site with its own tools and calls save_offer.
  2. “We target independent clinics in France, the owner decides.” → save_target, save_target_filters, estimate_lead_pool, preview_lead_sample.
  3. “Yes, that’s them.” → confirm_target with your sentence.
  4. “I want to reach 1,500 of them in a month.” → estimate_campaign_plan, size_sending_capacity, then on your yes confirm_sizing, get_plans_and_billing and start_checkout. You pay on Stripe.
  5. “Send under my brand, Ana Duval signs.” → choose_sending_source, propose_domains, then order_sending_setup opens a card you approve.
  6. While the mailboxes warm up: import_leads (a card you approve), then propose_email three times, save_sequence, approve_sequence.
  7. “Start Monday the 3rd.” → stage_campaign, get_campaign for the launch figures, then launch_campaign opens a card you approve.

Each step has its own guide: leads, plan & billing, sending setup, sequence and campaign.
