Write the sequence
A VibeSell sequence is three emails: the first one on day 0, follow-ups on day 3 and day 7. You write them with your assistant, one at a time, and nothing is saved until you have settled all three.
-
Email 1 — the assistant writes it and calls
propose_emailwithposition: 1. You see it (as a card in Claude) and either keep it or ask for changes. For every change, the assistant rewrites that same email and callspropose_emailagain with the same position. -
Emails 2 and 3 — each is written as a follow-up of the one you settled, with
position: 2thenposition: 3. -
Save —
save_sequencerecords exactly the three emails you settled, under a short name. -
Approve, in your words —
approve_sequencerecords your yes, quoted intheirWords. Nothing is sent: the campaign launches only on its own approval card.
The first-email rule
Section titled “The first-email rule”check_first_email checks a draft against that rule without saving anything.
Personalisation variables
Section titled “Personalisation variables”Only three variables exist, spelled exactly like this:
| Variable | Replaced by |
|---|---|
{{firstName}} |
The prospect’s first name |
{{lastName}} |
The prospect’s last name |
{{companyName}} |
The prospect’s company |
{"position": 1,"subject": "Missed calls at {{companyName}}","body": "Hi {{firstName}},\n\nHow many calls does your front desk miss on a busy Monday?\n\nWe answer them for 120 clinics in France, day and night.\n\nWorth a quick chat?\n\nAna"}Changing a saved sequence
Section titled “Changing a saved sequence”Saving new copy under the same name clears an earlier yes to it: you approve it again before a campaign can be prepared from it.
