Size the campaign and pick a plan

Once your target is confirmed, the workspace is on Target confirmed, choosing a plan. This step turns how many people you want to reach into a sending capacity, then into a plan.

1. Estimate the campaign — estimate_campaign_plan takes contacts (distinct people), horizonDays (from the first email to the last follow-up) and calendar (weekdays). It returns the total emails, the new people contacted per sending day, the peak emails per day, the mailboxes and domains it needs, and the smallest plan that carries it. Nothing is saved.

2. Size the sending — size_sending_capacity saves the fleet — mailboxes, domains, reserve — from that peak (targetEmailsPerDay), passing the same contacts, horizon and calendar in campaign.

3. Confirm the sizing, in your words — once you’ve seen the figures, confirm_sizing records your sentence in theirWords.

4. Pick the plan — get_plans_and_billing lists the plans on sale with their monthly price, emails and lead credits per month and the domains and mailboxes included, and names the one VibeSell recommends for your sizing.

5. Pay on Stripe — start_checkout returns the link to Stripe’s secure payment page for the plan you chose. You open it and pay. Nothing is charged before.

How the numbers work

Every contact gets three emails, on days 0, 3 and 7, and campaigns send Monday to Friday. VibeSell never derives a number of contacts from a meetings goal with an assumed reply rate: the meetings you aim at (save_playbook) are your objective, not a forecast.

After the payment

Paying activates the subscription. That — and only that — moves the workspace to Setting up the sending infrastructure, where domains can be ordered and leads imported. No tool, and no assistant, can activate a plan.

The plan includes the sending domains and mailboxes: there is no price per domain to quote.

Prices

Prices are quoted only from get_plans_and_billing, in the workspace’s billing currency. The server instructions tell assistants never to quote a price from memory, so what you read in the chat is what Stripe will show.

Resizing

Calling size_sending_capacity again cancels an earlier yes to the sizing: you confirm the new figures. Once the fleet you bought already covers the sizing, the sending setup tools say so — already in place — instead of ordering more.
